Our customer friendly policies make doing business with Personalized Presents a truly pleasurable experience. We guarantee that you will be 100% satisfied with our products and services.
Order Cancellations and Changes
Orders cannot be combined once they are placed. We pride ourselves on quick service therefore, we do not guarantee changes and do not accept cancellations at any time once an order has been placed.
Production Time Before Shipment
Most orders will be shipped within 7 days of ordering, this does not include weekends or holidays. Some orders due to custom specifications, out of stock items, busy holiday seasons or other uncontrollable issues can cause an order to take a week or more. Please allow time for these mishaps as we do not issue refunds or allow for cancellations once an order is placed. Customers placing an order that contain backordered product will be notified if their item is not expected to ship within two weeks of placing their order.
Estimated shipping time is in addition to production time. All packages are shipped either via UPS or USPS to minimize both cost and time to receive your package. You may upgrade your shipping request to next day, two day or three day shipping service for an additional cost. If selecting ground shipping, please allow 2 - 6 days for shipping time (please refer to map below), in addition to production time, within the continental United States. Acceptence of your package, with or without a signature, from the shipping agent acknowledges you have received your product in good condition. International shipment and shipments to Alaska and Hawaii can require more time. Shipments within the continental US will be charged $8.99 shipping charge for best way ground shipping regardless of order total. Expedited deliveries and/or shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and international locations will be charged per UPS standard rates. Personalized Presents is not responsible for any taxes, duty fees or custom charges to any country outside of the United States.
Orders with Quantity Discounts will be charged actual shipping costs.
Shipping charges are applied per shipping location.
Please check that shipping information is accurate. We reserve the right to pass on and charge any fee incurred by Personalized Presents to the customer for address changes by the shipping agent. Personalized Presents assumes no responsibility or liability caused by the shipping agents inability to deliver as a result of factors beyond Personalized Presents reasonable control.
Please note time in transit shown below. Most shipping agents do not deliver on Saturday unless Saturday delivery is selected and do not deliver regardless of delivery method on Sunday. You, the customer, are responsible for selecting the correct shipping method and leaving an ample amount of time for Personalized Presents to ship your item.
Ship For Free offers may only be used with orders that ship standard ground in the Continental US. If you select the Ship for Free option we may send your order via ground, regardless of the method selected.
PAYPAL is now accepted by PersonalizedPresents.com. Please be aware if using Paypal it is your responsibility to ensure that payment confirmation is sent from Paypal. If Paypal does not send confirmation to us that payment has been received your order will remain on hold. You can avoid delays in your order by contacting us immediately if when logging into your account your order status is on hold for more than 12 hours.
We also accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover and American Express cards. We have a highly secure site and ensure your information will be secure.
Personalized items are a final sale item. Once personalized a product would be not able to be restocked and sold. Therefore we are unable to accept returns for these items.
If you have received a damaged product, a defective product or if we have made a mistake on your order, simply email or call us within 5 days of receipt of your order. We will REPLACE your item promptly. We do not allow for any changes to an order if a replacement is sent.
We do not refund shipping costs at any time for issues that are the fault of shipping carriers. Please direct your complaints directly to the shipping carrier. We have no control over packages once they leave our facility and therefore if a package is damaged or lost in transit we reserve the right to replace the order and do not issue refunds for this reason. Investigations by the Shipping Services is required prior to replacements being sent. These investigations can take in excess of two weeks. Investigations on ground packages can take four weeks or more as ground packages sometimes take longer than expected to arrive at their destination. There is no guaranteed arrival time for ground shipments we can only estimate. These issues are rare and are of utmost importance to us but we have no control over these circumstances and are at the mercy of the delivery service.
Special Ordered, Discounted including but not limited to "Deals of the Day" and "Inventory Reduction" Sales, and Seasonal products are also final sale items. Many sale items should not be considered in perfect condition.
If you have purchased an item that is not undergarments, personalized, discounted or special ordered please notify us via email within 10 days that you would like to return your item and the reason for returning the item, you will be sent a return code and instructions. When the item is received by Personalized Presents in the same condition it was sent with the return code we will issue a refund minus any wrapping and shipping charges. All returns must be sent back within 5 days of receiving return instructions from Personalized Presents. Personalized Presents reserves the right to charge a 20% restocking fee. If free shipping promo was used on a return the discount will no longer apply and will be deducted from the refund.
We do not return products when a lettering style/font or color that is selected is not liked. Please review your order carefully prior to placing it.
If an order is shipped using a free shipping promotion, and is later returned, the originally uncharged freight amount will be deducted from the refund.
Due to the hand crafted nature of many of our items, some variation from product to product (and from our samples) may exist. These variations are not defects, and we do not accept returns due to these variations.
Stockings can and do change from year to year it should be expected that an order placed this year may vary in color, shape or style from a previous year.
Personalized Presents reserves the right to substitute brand names that are deemed to be of like materials and construction.
Many designs are as shown on our website and cannot be adjusted.
Embroidery & Engraving Policy
Your order will be embroidered or engraved as displayed on the web site. However, if you choose a shirt or product color other than that displayed we reserve the right to change the thread colors to make the design the most appealing on the color product you have chosen.
We have hundreds of thread colors to choose from and dozens of lettering styles in script, block or block with serifs. If you have a preference of thread colors or lettering styles other than that displayed, please indicate that in the special instructions box in your order. Please be as specific as possible, (ie. royal blue, navy blue, medium blue, light blue, etc. ). We will select the colors and lettering style within your request that makes for the most appealing end result. Script fonts all have letters that may not be to any one person's liking, it is for this reason that we suggest block or non-script fonts if you believe this may be an issue. We are not responsible when a font choice is not liked.
Your product will be customized to your specifications. If no specification is made or your specification is not possible or realistic we will use our experience to customize your selection in the most appropriate style and colors to ensure a gift that will leave a lasting impression to both you and the recipient.
A monogram font must be selected in order for a monogram to be requested and completed in a monogram style. When three letters are given as personalization and a monogram font is not selected each letter will be in the order requested on the order and each will be the same size. Very precise instructions are displayed when a monogram font is selected.
Each product indicates how many characters are included in each product. Some items offer our customers the opportunity to indicate any extra characters when purchasing. If by error, extra characters are not indicated when ordering Personalized Presents.com reserves the right to charge for these characters.
If you don't see what you are looking for on our web site, simply give us a call or email. We have a large library of stitch designs, thread colors and lettering styles to meet just about any need you may have. We will provide a quote for your special request within minutes.
We would be happy to help walk you through our order process but due to personalization we need all orders to be placed via the internet by our customers to avoid any issues. When orders are called in we do not accept any responsibility for any errors including spelling errors. We do not allow the use of promo codes during a phone order. Placing an order via phone will delay the processing of your order.
Your logo can be created into a stitch file for embroidery or engraving file for a one-time fee. This service will add approximately 48 hours to the processing of your order. We will gladly provide you a quote for your logo embroidery or engraving once we have your artwork. We offer very competitive rates for quantity orders. Personalization on Left or Right
When personalizing an item that is worn, we consider left & right from the perspective of the person who will be wearing the item. For example, if a person requests that a robe be embroidered on the left chest - it will be the wearer's left. When personalizing other items, such as stuffed animals we consider left & right from the perspective of the person looking at the item. So if a person requested we embroider the right ear of a teddy bear, it would be the right side of the bear when looking at the bear.
Advertised Prices and Promotions
We reserve the right not to honor any erroneous or outdated advertised prices or promotional offers or coupons, appearing in any form of media. We reserve the right not to honor promo codes when a discount has been applied and the promo code does not apply to products or services that have been ordered. We will not contact customers when a promo code is used improperly we will remove the promo code and charge the customer for the cost of the order without the promo code.

IMS and BBU customers may not use coupons codes or discounts, and may not order at clearance prices.
