I understand Personalized Presents has a very short order to ship time; so I have checked my order for accuracy, and understand that once it is placed it may not be  changed or cancelled.

I understand Personalized Presents ships the vast majority of orders in 24-48 business hours.  However, out of stock items and  items requiring special handling or clarification may take longer.  I understand if I want to receive an order confirmation, information regarding my order or shipping information I must provide a valid e-mail address.   (Shipping info will come directly from  UPS and will show up in my email as Quantum View Notification.)

I understand items  that are accurately personalized are not returnable, exchangable or refundable. I agree to  all of Personalized Presents Terms and Conditions.

I understand that Personalizedpresents.com ships from CT via UPS.  UPS does not ship to PO Boxes or APO's, and does not pick-up or deliver packages on Saturday or Sunday.   I also understand that expediting my shipping has no impact on production time.

Orders can not be combined once they are placed.
