Monogram Ettiquette & Monogram Guidelines 

When you want to give  a truly memorable gift,  that will become a cherished keepsake, we think  there is no better choice than a monogrammed gift or personalized gift.    We believe the whole point of a personalized gift is to make it "personal" and special for the person receiving it, and everyone has different preferences.   We will happily embroider or engrave the name, initials, monogram  or message  you'd like in any format you'd like.  However, in case  you would like  something monogrammed according to the monogram etiquette we prefer, we review some of the  "monogram guidelines" we follow   below.

Individual Monogram Etiquette - The most common rule is first name initial, last name initial and middle name initial, in that order. So Michaela Elizabeth Gagnon's monogram would look as follows:

Married Monogram Etiquette (2 Choices)
Modern Monogram Etiquette: The most common rule is Woman's First Name, Married Last Name, Husband's First Name. So Michaela Elizabeth Gagnon married to Hunter William Sarcia's monogram would look as follows:

Traditional Monogram Etiquette: The most common rule was Woman's First Name, Married Last Name, Woman's Maiden Name. So Michaela Elizabeth Gagnon married to Hunter William Sarcia's monogram would look as follows:
