We work very hard to make sure we offer only fine quality gifts we would be proud to give to our own friends & family, and that they are beautifully personalized to our customer's specifications. Just received the the red velvet stocking I ordered for my daughter. Thank you for being able to accomodate the style font I had wanted for the personalization. I had seen the "curly" font for the santa hat but it wasn't listed for the stocking.....Thank you for using the "curly" font..... I just wanted to send a little note regarding the above order. I just received the sweatshirt I ordered and it is beautiful. I searched the net and local stores for personalized shirts and could find nothing. The embroidery is not only durable but beautiful. The fact that you can put any title on any shirt is priceless. I could not find anything even close to the personalization that your company does. You also had the shirt to me within 3 days which is great since it is for a birthday present. My order .......was placed on Saturday October 7th of this year. It consisted of two afghans.....Both arrived on Thursday at 2 in the afternoon. I was overwhelmed by the quality and the workmanship and extremely pleased with having chosen your website and your product. The only problem was that the wedding gift intended for Friday, the grooms name was misspelled. I placed a phone call to your establishment not knowing what they could do for me on such short notice. I was calmly assured that the mistake would be corrected and a new afghan would arrive Friday morning in time for the wedding that afternoon. True to your assurances, the afghan arrived Friday, mid-morning, just as beautifully done as the original and correctly spelled......I wished to express my thanks and appreciation for your help and the wonderful way in which you handled and expedited my order. I just wanted to say thankyou for your service. I have never written a letter to a company before but I have also never received such quick and wonderful service. I ordered personalized boxer briefs 3 days ago for my boyfriend for valentines day, and although it's not for another week and a half, I thought I had to give the delivery extra time. In the past (on other websites) I have paid extra money for rush ordering and still it has taken much longer than it should, and has not been worth the money. I was so excited however, when I came home today and the package was at my house. The delivery was so quick, and the boxers are absolutely ADORABLE!! Hello I just wanted to write your company and tell youi how pleased I am with your services. I found you after I ordered a personalized wedding hoodie from another company and they completely ruined my order. Not only was their hoodie a lot less attractive than the one that I bought from you, but it was about $20 more expensive. When I recieved it in the mail, they got the personalization wrong and when I contacted their customer service, they would not issue me a refund because they said that "there was no way they could have made that mistake." I was at a complete loss for words and I had a very expensive sweater that I could not give to my best friend for her wedding. Finally, I was able to speak to a manager and they issued me the refund. I found your company through a search engine and decided to try to buy a hoodie from you since there is no way I will ever do business with that other company again. I am so happy with the sweater I recieved, and it came very quickly and on time for the wedding. I just wanted to thank you so much for coming to my rescue and providing the excellent service that people expect. I will defer everyone I know from ordering from the other company and refer them to you. Thank you again.Lindsey

My girls just received their new lunch boxes and I wanted to let you know how great they looked. Not only do they love having a lunch box that shows their personality but the embroidery looks great! I was a little concerned that the picture on one of the lunch boxes would be covered up by the embroidery. Thanks for placing so that both the name and the picture are visible. Super fast too! I wasn't expecting to get them for at least another week.
