We ship all in stock products within 24-48 business hours after placing an order regardless if they are personalized or not.

Order Status: Order status can be viewed by logging into your online account. Your username is your email address. You can retrieve shipment tracking infomation by logging on.

International Shipping: We do ship internationally but can only estimate cost and you will be charged actual shipping. International shipments usually take 3-5 days but due to customs we can not guarantee that.

PHONE ORDERS:Although we would be happy to walk you through the order process and answer any questions you may have, due to accuracy issues all orders must be placed through our website.  All phone orders will not be returnable or exchangable for any reason.

SHIPPING INQUIRIES: UPS will send tracking infomation directly to you via your email address once your item has shipped and only if the email address provided to us is a valid email address.  This email will be addressed as QUANTUM VIEW NOTIFY. If you have not received this email you can log on to your account (if an account was created or used when checking out) and the status of your order will be listed. Please note time in transit shown below. UPS does not deliver on Saturday unless Saturday delivery is selected and does not deliver regardless of delivery method on Sunday.  The map below gives ground shipping time to your shipping area.  Should you need your item sooner, then you need to select an expedited shipping method available at checkout. (Please remember to add our production time of 24 - 48 hours to shipping time for your expected delivery time.)  Also remember to exclude Saturday, Sunday and Holidays in estimating delivery time.
